Founder
Zimbida was founded by Alissa Bushnell who has spent the last 13 years
advising advising CEOs and companies on public relations and business
strategy. Prior to Zimbida, she was director of corporate communications
for Network Associates, a billion-dollar software manufacturer. Prior
to Network Associates, she was part of the senior management team at Copithorne
& Bellows, now Porter Novelli Convergence Group, where she was instrumental
in building that firm's software practice from six in 1996 to over 35
in 2000. Her clients included Alta Vista, MCI, McAfee, Wells Fargo, Verifone
and Hewlett Packard. Alissa's career also includes experience as the personal
publicist for Tony Robbins and consulting work for ClariNet, Wells Fargo
Online Banking and NetDox.
Zimbida's principal account staff are all veterans of multiple information
security, enterprise software and gaming clients and worked together at
Copithorne & Bellows, a tech PR powerhouse which was acquired by Porter
Novelli in 1999.
